Refund Policy
At Section 13, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer replacements or refunds under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund or Replacement:
Wrong Item/Size Shipped:
If you receive the wrong product type, size, or brand.
Printing Issues:
- Blurry Print: If the print is unclear, fuzzy, or does not match the original design.
- Design Placement Issues: If the print is misaligned or positioned incorrectly (e.g., too high, low, crooked, or upside down).
- Peeling Print: If the print comes off or deteriorates.
- Scaling Issue: If the design is printed too large or small, making it noticeably different from the original artwork.
Sizing Issues:
If the product size differs from the size chart by more than 3cm.
Product Quality Issues:
If the product arrives damaged or faulty, such as garments with holes, tears, broken zippers, or embroidery errors (e.g., wrong thread colors, loose threads, missing parts of the design).
Stains or Ink Issues:
If there are visible stains, ink smears, or an underbase issue where the white underlayer is exposed.
Out of Stock Items:
If we cannot fulfill your order due to stock shortages without prior notice.
Conditions for Submitting a Claim:
- Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- For any damaged packages, claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt).

Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement:
Shipping Damage:
We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping or any issues related to the shipping company’s handling of your package.
Incorrect Information Provided by the Customer:
If the wrong shipping address, size, color, or design details were submitted during the order process.
Late Claims:
Any claims submitted more than two weeks after receiving the product will not be accepted.
Customer-Induced Damage:
Products that are damaged, deformed, or altered after receipt by the customer.
Delivery Issues Due to Incorrect or Incomplete Recipient Information:
If delivery fails due to incorrect or insufficient recipient information provided during the order process.
Undelivered Packages Due to Customer Action:
If the package is not signed for or accepted by the customer for personal reasons.
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for any delays or issues caused by external factors such as political disruptions, natural disasters, military actions, or other events beyond our control.
